Singlish Class???

I was walking around in the new School of Computing building at NUS, which used to be the Law School building... when i came across a door with this written on it! Wonder if the room was used to train the foreigners (to be lawyers) to speak in the way the Singaporean judge would understand! Imagine this conversation... Lawyer: Death sentence can?? okay??? Judge: OKay.. can can la!!! All rise la!!!! (Sorry if u don't understand Sing-lish)
